as vimeo began to shift from
being an entertainment-focused company to one that provides tools for small businesses to create video, there was a demand to create more emails than ever before. It became evident that we were going to need a design system for CRM that could be used across the Vimeo creative team. With this, I set out to create a refresh of Vimeo’s email design.

Here is an example of what the monthly newsletter used to look like. It heavily featured blog content, Vimeo Staff Picks, and included spotlights on Vimeo creators.

The iconic Vimeo color bar reimagined from a thick block of color to one more thin and sleek in style
Updated background and logo color
New grid system: This allows for many different types of modules that have the capability of fitting a wide variety of content. Each module is separated by 30px of padding.
